Established for over twenty years, rowansbank associates was the first provider of courses on the legal context of international trade finance. As demand grew for ever more specialised content, the international trade finance course was split into two components: documentary credits and bank guarantees in international trade.
In view of the proliferation of rules relating to these instruments produced recently, we now offer custom training packages in our new icc rules portfolio.
Client demand also led to the development of a course on english contract law for international lawyers.
